Evolve how the business runs
An ongoing fractional operating partnership, scoped and paced to your specific needs, to help you build stronger systems, ownership, and operating habits over time.
Many consultants spend your time and money in layers of meetings and bureaucracy, then leave you with a doc or deck of changes to make. And most vendors expect you to provide a clear set of instructions for them to implement.
TMGS works across the gap. We diagnose the problem, recommend the solution, and build what’s needed. If your internal team or existing vendors should handle the build, we provide a clear handoff and, if needed, collaborate through implementation.

Here's a quick cross-section of some problems we've helped solve.
Problem
A multi-location food business ran three separate ordering platforms (custom storefront, third-party daily ordering, third-party catering) with no shared customer data; email lists, purchase history, and consent status were scattered and partially unusable.
Intervention
Audited every data source, built a deduplicated master customer list, and delivered a migration path to a modern email platform with correct consent handling.
Result
Clean, marketable customer data and a documented system for keeping it that way moving forward, so they could be confident in who could legally be emailed.
Relevant experience
Data audits across POS, ordering, and CRM platforms with no native integrations between them; consent-law-aware list hygiene.
Problem
A recurring-order business (fixed pickup days, rotating weekly menus, occasional special-event windows) had outgrown what an off-the-shelf ecommerce theme could handle; ordering windows, multi-location fulfillment, and cart rules all needed custom logic.
Intervention
Built a custom theme architecture using structured content objects to drive automatic menu states (preview/active/hidden) and enforce fulfillment rules at checkout, with no manual admin toggling required week to week.
Result
Staff manage new menus by filling in a few fields. The new system handles visibility, timing, and cart enforcement automatically.
Relevant experience
Deep e-commerce theme customization beyond template limits; translating operational rules (pickup logistics, order windows) into platform logic.
Problem
A secondary revenue channel (inquiry-based service bookings) was buried in site navigation, with unclear calls-to-action and no clean path from interest to conversion.
Intervention
Ran a UX diagnostic comparing "improve in place" vs. "migrate platform," documented friction points, and delivered a recommendation memo before any build work started.
Result
A clear-eyed decision on stay-vs-migrate, avoiding a platform switch that would have cost time & money, yet wouldn't have fixed the underlying problem.
Relevant experience
UX diagnostics, platform evaluation, conversion-path analysis, and cross-functional assessment across UX, operations, technology, and process, followed by practical recommendations grounded in cost-benefit analysis so the owner could make informed decisions.
